Hoy en día, la educación se enfrenta a una gran cantidad de problemas, pero qué tal si vemos estos problemas como una oportunidad para diseñar nuevas soluciones para mejorar el aula, la escuela y la comunidad?
Como educador,estás en una posición privilegiada para empatizar con las necesidades cambiantes de tus estudiantes y precisamente porque entiendes a tus estudiantes y a tu escuela como nadie, es tu oportunidad y responsabilidad crear soluciones para los desafíos que tú y tu colegio enfrentan todos los días. Desafíos que son complejos y variados y necesitan nuevas respuestas; nuevas perspectivas, nuevas herramientas y nuevos enfoques. Design Thinking (Diseño centrado en el ser humano) es uno de estos enfoques.
Puedes utilizar el Design Thinking para abordar cualquier reto, este enfoque te da confianza en tu capacidad creativa para transformar difíciles desafíos en oportunidades para el diseño.
En nuestro taller de Design Thinking, con el Gimnasio Alessandro Volta, 23 docentes se interesaron por entender y adoptar los fundamentos, las herramientas y el mindset de éste enfoque durante 16 horas a través de la experiencia práctica.
A partir de las 5 fases de este enfoque, los profesores empatizaron con su usuario a partir del trabajo de campo, identificaron oportunidades de diseño, y fabricaron prototipos basados en el reto de rediseñar las salas de profesores para aumentar la productividad individual y colectiva.
Una experiencia práctica que brindó una perspectiva diferente para enfrentar retos y generar ideas en el entorno escolar.
